Kuwait's adoption of the GCC unified ozone law

What it is and does

This law brings the GCC Unified Law on ozone-depleting substances into force in Kuwait. It adds the GCC baseline rules to the 2014 Environment Protection Law: a ban on importing used ODS equipment, import licences and quotas, quarterly sales reports, a no-venting rule and licensing of RAC workshops.
